Run4it, regretfully it's #2, they did it at the very begining with the forward split, giving My Pleasure Ltd. 500 MILLION Shares of preferred stock which makes are common stock nothing if worse comes to worst. Again anyone please, who or what is My Pleasure Ltd. Is Joanna Chmielewska actully My Pleasure Ltd?
