This is my first question on the letter. I'm not just addressing my questions to you, Bklynboy, rather to the Board for discussion. I'd also rather not bombard Head with more quesations. I'll wait to see what transpires on the CC before I consider e-mailing question to Head. I'm sure he is busy.

"We intend to have 2010 audited no later than end of January 31,2011"

Question: Will an audit of just 2010 be an SEC compliant audit suitable for uplisting? I was of the impression that an SEC compliant audit had to go back farther than one year. Anyone?
