And Urban could not figure out if he needed to keep filing because the company had more than 300 shareholders?

How is it that you know about 45,000 and Urban had no idea there was more than 300?

By the way..where is Urban's 13d filing that shows he owns more than 5%? Surely they would not forget that filing after the recent 8k that claims the company is working on correting mistakes of the past?
