I think the company is working to establish the parameters of the heat exchanger for the purposs of getting the exact output of hot water per microwave energy or amps (delta and flow) in order to document them...This will also prove up the technology and provide the exact information for UL Testing. According to IR, they are taking the necessary time to get it right and will announce this huge achievement when they are done this process. Unfortunately, it will take the time it requires and we must manage expectations. We are almost there but it looks more like after the holidays to get the pre-prod unit. IMO
