The conversation took place some months ago, befor the announcement of the US trials. He disclosed no timetable for the HC enrollment or data release, but he felt that the clinicals with the US infusion protocol would be much more efficacious. That could be made out to be a pessimistic assessment, but it was not said that way.

I think that the FDA was finally moved by the UK trials, with safety data from systemic delivery carrying more weight that the HC direct injection.
