Thanks for the info. Very informative. How much of a setback does this represent?
I'm not really surprised by this. It doesn't seem to matter which govt agency is involved. Nothing ever goes thru first try. Must be some bureaucratic rule which prohibits it. At least the cycle time is fairly quick with DEC. The FDA is way worse.
