captainslog: Although there has to be be interconnections between the two, WIN-T is an Army sponsored program separate from the Navy MOUS program. While IDCC was not included as part of either the original Lockheed or General Dynamics teams competing for the WIN-T program, maybe they can get a piece of the action. However, this does not affect their participation in the MOUS program.

Could it be that the final combined team of MUOS and WIN-T may not include IDCC? The suppliers will have to re-compete. Might be that I'm not paying attention yet again.
