RMDT, don't worry about the gap. We have seen this before, one of us sits on the bid, we get a small partial fill than get knocked off. Simple mm stuff to shake the tree to try to get shares.

This is a great sign that the float of 12.4M is VERY tight!

Great time to load up before the big news hits. IMO.
