Pinksheets isn't always accurate (especially since the company typically has to initiate the update), but it is the exchange where BDGR.PK is traded. I believe the OS is accurate. I think the AS has been reduced to 30 billion. I have no idea what that float is based on, but I don't believe it is accurate.
