you may not but the SEC has already played their cards and suspended EIGH. the SEC does not suspend stocks based on outside forces, especially imaginary ones.

Fines and charges coming but not for the company

once again the SEC suspended EIGH due to their own lies, not because of any non existant conspiracy. it is EIGH that screwed up and will pay the price. as for shareholders, they have already paid the price.
