PYCT trades UNSOLICITED - that is important. Since when that is the case the market makers only match retail buyers and sellers.

One retail seller asks .0001 and someone else pays it hoping to get .0002 at some point and double their money.

MMs rarely hold inventorys of Unsolicited junk like PYCT. They just make money from commissions on the trade from the seller.
