Just read the 8K. We're buying 100% of the company and it's mostly a cash transaction so very few shares. We must have found a strategic investor finally cause it's a lot of cash. We now will have over 100,000 stems stored worlwide and the announcement made clear more acquisitions are coming. Way to go Matt.

It sure makes Cryo-Cell look bad that we're buying one of there largest affiliates.
