I disagree with your timeline. The horse racing market alone should offer quick entry. If I were to argue strictly FDA approval, then yes, 6-9 months. I'm not necessarily arguing for over $1 per share, but a significant rise in share price leading up to, which you also acknowledge in your post.

I've said over and over they need studies, well beyond cancer clinical trials, to establish themselves. In the horse racing market, I don't see that as a necessity, since it can be well demonstrated, while the instrument there would focus on tissue level.
