Rumor has it that there may be talks about CBAI buying the building.. I would think it would be a great move. I wish they bought it from the start but I'm sure there were some terrific incentives for the lease. FROM WHO THOU? Being hounded by Nevada to come to Vegas probably had something to do with it also.
I think the value of the property in Vegas has stabalized, well at least is trying to. Now may be the time to strike. Commercial property in the Nevada will become a premium withen the next 4 or 5 years. Some areas are a millions an acre on the strip and some are around 500k per acre around the airport.
As for expansion inside the building. I would think it would be more cost effective to build out the loading area next to where the storage tank room is vs putting seperate levels with elevators in the area they have already.I guess you need to actually see the inside of the building to know what I mean.
