HDTV- I thought the 'kicker' statement was "All of the rights and obligations of the parties under the agreement are subject to a limited quantity of trial LCoS Sets, a majority of which have been delivered to LG Electronics, meeting certain final technical specifications." It appears those big contracts with LG still have an out and are not yet 'set in stone'.
