He can't draw a line that would substantiate a definitive relationship. No one can because it doesn't exist. That's the impossible burden on PBEC that I attempted to describe when I compared their situation with one of limited liability within the mfg arena. It seems unfair that ACS can cling to such logic to support their CTO. It's very borderline and could possibly be contested by the shareholders but not by PBEC.
