My bad. I figure most have the money to plunk down $200 for a million shares as a test buy rather than waste money on commissions. Instant fills at .0002 because that is the ask. If the ask is .0002 those complaining they can't get buys filled at .0001 have to pay the ask at .0002 not the bid. If this is going so high as so many post, seems strange that almost all will not even pay .0002 for such a winner.
