You should be concerened! Even creditors base there decision on past performances. Purchasing stock should be based on past as well as projected future events. But since they have not performed in the past, what makes us think they will now perform?
I got in this stock for the same reasons that you are mentioning over 3 years ago. As of today, 3 years later, those things have not happened. Nothing but excuses from the CEO.
