I am not concerned so much with company's past as I am with it's future. They have great potential, actually greater potential than about 90% of pinks, I couldn't care less about financials and dividends. I know they have products AND services to offer to the public and I believe they will find the proper means of getting their stuff together, regardless of past performance. You got eeso's, spng's, gers's, and esym's all running through pennies, no reason why this one wont, very similar stories here...
