I thought that was obvious worst case scenario. There would be no reason to actually hold it up.

Mark Hans was asked "after you make your decision, when can JBII begin operating?"

His answer -- "that would be up to JBII"

I thought it was clear that he wouldn't say that unless he was expecting to rule that they don't need a SW permit nor a BUD to begin to operate. If they want them to process some paperwork in the backaround......whatever. To us shareholders that's the same thing as not needing squat.

Paperwork is not an "issue" -- air permit is the only "issue" -- hundreds of mom and pop recycling centers in NY process waste. It's not a challenge.

I admit I got the timing wrong based on my conversation with Mark Hans though who predicted his decision would come before Thanksgiving.
