so - let's chase this ripple a little bit.

Singley files on 11/22/10 that he has 14MM units (about 19% of the class). Even if he bought EVERY share PUBLICLY traded in the preceding month, he would have had 5% well before November and would have had to file earlier.

So--maybe he got his units in some kind of off-market transaction? And then topped it off by taking down most if not all of the 3MM units traded publicly on Nov16 (in for a penny, in for a pound if you have to file anyway), then filed on the 22nd?

Not sure where those units could have come from, but some kind of off-market transaction would explain getting to 14MM units without an earlier filing.
