I am going to play Devil's advocate here -
I will probably be tarred and feathered for what
I am about to say, so whatever you want to say, go for it.

I have broad shoulders and over 800k shares and am only seeking what the truth actually might be.

Here are my questions for you to ponder - -

How in the world did this show up on KATX's website?
KATX cannot clean up their spelling, grammar, or even give us REGULAR OR UP TO DATE news on a blog that is supposed to keep us informed on their website and yet "miraculously" after a certain person sends a link to Ken Stead all of a sudden this appears. REALLY?? This did happen?

Why was there never a single "Clay Trader" video over there at the KATX site? I believe Clay did at least 6 - 8 KATX reviews.

And the person whom I have not looked at his info namely Technical Indicator http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/Profile.aspx?user=57639
runs a video like Clay Trader has done so many times in the past
posts a video on a different site and IHub that ends up on KATX website albeit for only a few minutes.

TI - If this is indeed you, which I believe it was) who from KATX called you to get the okay to post your video on their website?

Did you receive a notice to waive your copyrighted information for KATX to post this?

And were you compensated for your efforts by KATX?

I understand that this was posted to another portal and became public domain so please just give an answer to any of the above.

FYI the IHub "Technical Indicator" has ALSO posted on the board he moderates at http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/board.aspx?board_id=18949 AND has the same disclosure in his Ibox that appears on the both sites.

I understand the disclaimer used, etc., but Dagg (sorry for pun to follow) this is a little "fishy" to me

Who the heck is in control of the KATX website this time?
Anyone remember the site being hacked not so long ago -

And Golferman, what you say makes sense that someone affiliated with KATX has seen us talking about this, but who and how are they able to take the info down so fast?

Good thing I did a print screen of the KATX and other pages because tomorrow starts some phone calls.
