[img]JOEZ - huge breakout forming on the daily chart


JOEZ looks like the daily chart is forming a revival breakout pattern. It had earnings last week that beat analyst estimates, and it once again earned a profit (which is rare for a stock trading under $1.00), after previous losses. The stock was in a long term down trend and put in a bottoming pattern over the past 5 weeks. It tested the breakout point around $.96 two times and failed both times, but on the second sell off the sellers couldn't get the stock to break back to the $.75 lows, and instead it put in a higher low finding support at $.82 (with more support at $.75. The pattern is almost a cup and handle type pattern and the handle is forming right now. The stock was accumulated today by the smart money that are expecting a big breakout at $.96. The stock has an unfilled gap around $1.13, and the resistance at $1.20 and $1.32 so these are my targets. The stock will need to get some volume if its going to breakout, but I think this is shaping up to be a really good trade. I got long today at .90 for 15k shares when I saw the buyers coming in. If the stock breaks $.96 I will add 15k shares. If the stock drops below .81 I will stop out. This swing trade may take a week or more to play out, but it should explode to the upside once traders see this chart. See my annotated chart.

EMKR - Big 2.73 breakout Comming and 3.00 gap fill

EMKR has a very nice looking daily chart. It looks like this one may try to breakout at 2.73 and go up and fill the gap at $3.00. When a stock has a gap like this is usually gets filled quickly although there is a chance they try to take the stock down and shake traders out before it inevitably breaks out. the pattern is a big cup and handle pattern. It probably needs 5X-10 average volume to make a huge move like this, but in my experience charts like this usually get the interest of traders. I am long half size and will add on the 2.73 breakout or add a full position on a dip to 2.50.

MDW - Strong breakout coming on the daily chart. Volume above average at 3 mil

MDW is a gold stock that thrying to breaking out. With gold at all time highs and breaking out as well, lower priced gold stocks have been moving higher as well. The daily chart on this one MDW caught my attention. The first resistance is 2.40 and then from there is a massive breakout so even buying for a move to 2.40 is some decent upside but I think this goes to at least 2.75+. I have bought it in the past for swing trades, and technically speaking, I think this stock could breakout big. Volume today was way above average at 3 million shares traded which signals interested in the stock. MDW tested 2.37 close to the resistance today but gold and the market sold off after spiking which brought MDW down a bit with them. I think the path to least resistance is up for this stock although it may take a few days to breakout. I am looking to buy in any dips or else add if it trends up tomorrow. See chart.

Today the stock had some good news regarding gold they had recovered so this should ring more attention to the stock.

AVVC - Huge play here. Big volume breakout



AVVC - AVATAR VENTURES CORP (OTCBB)



AVVC had a nice move last week from .75 to 1.40 and then pulled back to 1.18 thursday and closed at 1.27 with strong buying into the close on big above average volume. This one looks like it could be the next LEXG which moved from .10 to 3.92 in a month and is still moving up. I think AVVC could move up to 2.50+ over the next 2 weeks if it plays out like some of the past high volume plays. The company is developing a device that will allow people to receive text messages on an LCD screen on there car dash which i believe will be converted to audio, in order to prevent people from having to look at their cell phones while driving to read text messages, and potentially crash and die. This is at the very least a great story stock and I believe many people will want in on this which should bring in big momentum into this stock. I picked some up and will add a boat load at he open tomorrow because I think this one runs big. I think any dips in this stock will be eaten up really quickly tomorrow.

CEYY - Nice consolidation day after big move, News out. should go higher


CEYY was a new issue that has a promotion on it and moved up 100% yesterday on massive volume. Today the stock pulled back about 12.5% and consolidated on lower volume than when it ran up. In my experience when a stock runs up and then doesn't immediately sell off and holds 50% of the previous up move, it usually has a chance to try to test the highs and breakout the following day. In this stocks case there are a lot eyes on it and it had some news tonight so it probably can move up tomorrow. The promotion on it is real and it isn't one of these one day things, potentially a week long or more. I think this could go higher, because a lot of people will look to be shorting it and early shorts almost always get squeezed at least once forcing them to buy back the stock at a higher price.

EAHC spiked 22% today. Near the close there was 1 million bid through ARCA ecn which means it was real, not a market maker playing games with longs. Somebody must be short this stock huge and there could be a huge short squeeze. The 1 million share bidder kept upping there bid from .30-.345. The volume was way above average at 3 million total shares traded, but if this person has to cover they will spike the stock in a major way on Monday. I have this on radar and will buy a boat load at the open.

LFVN had a nice day today as expected. Slow and steady gains. It close at .89 which was .01 under the .90 breakout level. It briefly broke above to .92 for a second intraday. I think this should get some nice momentum tomorrow. Volume was 2x average today. I will add at .90 cross and buy any dips tomorrow because I think this goes higher but off course market makers may try to shake out the weak. I think this sees at the very least 1.10 in the next week.

LFVN really nice breakout chart on above av. volume in the works



LFVN looks like it is forming a really nice daily chart. Breakout is .90. I entered today at the close but only got a partial fill so I will add to my position on the open. This stock closed at the high of the day with lots of buying into the close, which normally signals accumulation. I think this one should spike to 1.20-1.30 easy this week an probably 1.50 by next week. The volume today was above average and it should get more attention soon. Technically speaking this is a near perfect chart. My stop loss is .65 for protection. I will continue to keep posting the good looking charts I see.

UCBI - Massive Breakout Potential Tomorrow and This Week


UCBI has a really nice looking chart. It looks like 2.48 could be a huge breakout. It just needs some big volume. Right now is trading 600k. I think 2x average volume or more could spike this stock. I have a feeling that this stock could see some strong momentum this week and a potential move to 3.00+ in the next few days. Check out the daily chart. The volume has been low but I think this one could go. I don't own this stock but am looking to pick it up large very soon because this is the best breakout chart I see right now.

MELA - Stock spike last week. Breakout Continuation tomorrow.

MELA - Stock spiked last week big and then came down and consolidated for a few days. Today it spike again back to highs. The market sold off hard mid day and took the stock down some but MELA finished in the green which is a sign that it could try to go tomorrow otherwise it would have just closed red today. It should attempt to breakout tomorrow at the open. This one trades well off the open and then doesn't do much mid day. I am hoping for $4.00+ tomorrow. Other small pharms like AEN have been hot so this should breakout soon. I think today was the test day. They take it to the highs and suck lots of people, then they drop it to take out stops and then it breakouts on the third attempt. This is how typical breakouts work now a days with all the program trading to fool people.

MDW - Small Gold Stock with Strong breakout on Above Av. Volume

MDW broke out today on strong above average volume. No resistance until 2.40 and then massive breakout possible there. GLD - the Gold Bullion ETF, which gold stocks track, also broke out to and all time high today which symbolizes a huge gold move is in play here. There could be some very strong carry over momentum in low priced gold stocks in the next few days to weeks. I am long some of this and will look to add on the open because I think this one has strong potential. Also see SWSH my other call I posted on here yesterday which had a huge breakout today of 1.00 per share from my 6.75 entry yesterday!

SWSH big breakout out on the daily chart. Lot's of buying combined with a strong close at the high of the day, signals accumulation. No overhead resistance until mid 7's. My target is $8.00+ in the next few days. See my past pick COOL which I posted on this board I believe. It's up huge today and even more over the last few months.

ALZM - Huge volume alert. News out After hours Friday.

I follow unusual volume to track the activity in the penny stock market and on Friday this stock ALZM traded 10 million shares and no news was released during the trading day. This leads me to believe that something is up with this stock, and it may be under heavy accumulation. Later in the day on Friday my hunch was correct and after the closed there was news about this company buying out another company in a reverse merger type deal titled: ALZM Acquires Organ Transport Systems. I think this stock will be in play tomorrow. It should gap and run. I expect $1.50 at least in the next few days and probably 2+ in the next week or 2. KNKT was the last one that displayed the same volume spike before a huge move and look how it did .80 to 2.89 in a few weeks.

COOL positive earnings breakout stock may pop to new highs



COOL gapped up on beating earnings. The company makes facebook apps/games so it's in a hot industry with stocks like MCZ, STVI, and GLUU which have done well recently due to the hype involved with facebook. This stock should run tomorrow despite being up today. Momentum buying says buy high and sell higher, verse the old belief you have to buy low and sell high. A lot fo stocks stay over bought for multiple days or even a week and considering it consolidated today I think this should be no different. I expect 2.60 as it had buying into the close and after hours and it manage to hold it gains all day. From my experience this pattern usually has follow through for multiple days or weeks when a penny stock is actually profitable and in this case this companies net profit jumped from $2 mil to 8 mil which is impressive. I got some at the close and I will add tomorrow pre market or at the open with a market because I think this spikes. At worst i will stop out at 2.10 2.15 with a tiny loss so risk/reward is good.
