Sure it is illegal! But you never know...
But we know Ike pays for services by offering shares.. so we don't if the attorney that is reviewing the quarterly financials dumped his shares today or he called his buddies who have shares in GOIG to sell! Just hypothesizing..
My guess would be people are just panicking as this has been dropping for one month straight... and there are too many shares out on the market.. and Ike is planning to dilute more big time in the near future...
