That would be illegal. Also, insiders would have dumped a long time ago when this was in the Pennies. What I believe is happening with GOIG is Naked Shorting and possibly some dilution. They will take this down to the triple zeros by end of year due to the fact folks will sell off for a tax loss. I'm waiting patiently to load up big time when this gets there and it will. No sense in fighting these crooks.
