Don’t forget Mike stated we will sell Berlin to NewCo LLC. So as of right now this might be a one shot cash deal and done. If it is than whoever gets the electricity or RECs does not matter. Unless you and\or BBFL have info you want to share.

So you are saying there are a total of 5 projects?

1 = Berlin
3 in Mass (1 we do not know about yet)
1 in some other state like the Midwest.

I see with just a $60million sale (JMO) of Berlin bringing us to .015 - .02.

I guess only the privileged few know what is going to happen. I am not one of them, but I will wait for the news like everyone else. Until then we are waiting for the big news.
