and yes-- 10B floats can run to a penny off NOTHING -- we can support 1 05c off a 20year contract to sell power to the state of NY plus the rec's puts us at 10c range

have you ever seen the equation rev's divides buy o/s = pps -- you do the math on a 70MW plant and sellng th erec's on the side --
