I think we're largely in agreement.

As I've stated, if you've done your homework, have the law, can write effectively and on point, then a letter is a powerful tool to bring your personal light to the subject. We have seen the effect of "those" kind of letters. Forcing WMI to respond, and clearly gains the focus of the court.

On the opposite, a letter of frustration, with spelling/grammar errors, incorrect facts and/or not backing them up, or even worse - conspiracy theory without facts and law to back it up, makes one feel personally good, but does not -- I repeat -- does not help the case. Instead, it dilutes the value of "shareholder" letters at large. Same, IMHO, as multiple copies of the same 'letter'.
