W/Catz...I certainly could not object to the integrity and sincerity of real people sending meaningful letters to the court. But it's not something the court even has to look at...there's no reason to. On the other hand...Hoffman, Blake, our German friend...these are real "objections" that find their way into the course of the case; there is some "legal" obligation to address whatever the issue is.
I don't think I need to remind anyone of the level of behavior exhibited by certain counsel in court to realize the magnitude of the decisions that await. They are huge! Letters stating other than documented procedure pale in comparison. IMO
