Just an observation. A single letter, by a single person -- such as the 'german' shareholder, and 'hoffman' -- properly written, does have a direct impact on the court, and can draw a response from WMI to counter that letter due to it's strength.
While not all letters are created equal, it is clear to me that 'certain' ones of them do get the notice of both WMI and clearly the court.
This is why I've always said, IF, you write the court. Quote the law, research your facts, keep it non-emotional, and on-point to what the issue you are writing about is. (and please, spell-check and grammar check it.)
