JJ...the Florida corp entity of Sanswire-tao was dissolved this Sept. The Florida corp of Sanswire still exists and is wholly owned by the parent Sanswire Delaware corporation.

This does not mean that Tao and particularly Dr Kroplin do not have a continuing ongoing relationship with Sanswire.

On the contrary, recent press releases quoting Dr K indicate just the opposite.

What the exact terms of this relationship are going forward we do not know as yet.
