That sounds like a good sign but I dont have access to pacer documents. So based on what your saying this could be a great turn of events. Bases on what you posted what is the most likely scenario here??
So does all the court procedures go out the window and do FGOCQ lose the Q symbol and revert back to FGOC? If so what is the PPS to be determined to be after this ordeal and the time frame for this to now be resolved???
