Might as well have been in the end!

Actually it was a 50 acre estate that Peltz bought from Tommy Mottola of Sony fame, who built it for his young bride, Mariah Carey. Peltz paid $20.5 Million, started renovations of around $6-$8 Million on it and it suspiciously burned down in the middle of the night.
