Yes indeed. A PR Event was required to goose the stock. I think Monk's Den was hastily substituted when the CDIV acquisition for some reason fell through, or was postponed.

I wonder at what point they'd have called it off. Was much thought even given to how they'd do that without damaging stock price badly?
