Couldn't agree more, but I predict that Monk never intended to sell the den to EIGH, but it was all part of the pump along with the dividend to try and run the hell out of EIGH and get it as high as it would go. I agree with you that it makes no sense for Monk to sell the den and become part of this scam. There will be a PR soon where EIGH backs out of the deal IMO.

Called this on October 23....most obvious scam in a long time.
