Perhaps you do not understand that the naked shorting excuse has no merit and the SEC has no interest in any fantasy EIGH short. Instead, they are interested in the inaccurate info the company released to investors that damaged them financially.

The naked short was just a contrived excuse for all this inaccurate information in order to give shareholders some kind of distraction while their investment swirls around the bowl on it's way down the drain.
