Actually that is not correct. From September 30, 2010 to November 4, 2010 there were 43 million and change traded. I used those dates because that was when the dividend was effective and the stock was suspended. If there was a NSS of 93 million on the effective date then it could not have been covered in the regular market. We could go back further but those 2 dates seem to be the key timeframe that everyone is concerned about.
