Cassy: I will pass on your statement of fact to e.Digital. "e.Digital did not have anything to do with the prototype of the embedded digeplayer that was "unveiled" by Inflight Canada at WAEA so e.Digital's PR was false and misleading."

If you have falsely accused the company of releasing "false and misleading" information (a possibly serious tort), I'm hopeful that it will file yet another action and collect yet another $200,000+. Is that good for you?
