Please DO pass it on to e.Digital and see if you can get a definitive statement as to why they issued a PR about "unveiling working prototypes" at WAEA that were actually created and displayed by Inflight Canada in their booth. I'd really like to see how they explain that "minor" discrepancy.
You've been threatening to have me sued by e.Digital for 4 + years. Perhaps you haven't noticed that the vast majority of my controversial posts have been completely on the mark.
Perhaps it also hasn't occured to you that e.Digital would not want the discovery that would occur in any lawsuit involving shareholders or message board posters. Truth is a defense as you should know.
Has anyone ever pointed out to you that your only solution to anything involving people with whom you disagree is to attack, insult or threaten a lawsuit? Seriously, you're one of those lawyers who give lawyers a bad reputation.
Why don't you take some time to find out if my statements are valid before rushing into your usual lawsuit threat? At least then you'd have some facts to use in rebuttal.
I can tell you that you take 15 minutes to study the facts, you will find out that I am correct. e.Digital was not involved in the initial "embedded" design for Air Canada and it certainly did not "unveil working prototypes" at WAEA as they falsely claimed in their PR.
If you had your ethics straight, you'd be looking to sue e.Digital for many years of false and misleading press releases, false revenue guidance, false statements about production status, etc. However instead, you insult or threaten me as you know you can't refute my damaging yet truthful statements.
BTW, I chuckle at getting you all in a huff and having you continuously attack and threaten me. It's funny because you never do research to find out if I am right, but just pounce. Yet you are usually wrong.
I suggest you do your own due dilligence as to the facts before going into attack mode and threatening all of these lawsuits.
Your posts remind my of my childhood when my sisters and I would say to each other - "I'm telling on you."
