We will come to know all facts about EIGH from SEC in a day or two.



Actually, there will be no breaking news about the investigation in a day or two. All that will happen is the stock will resume trading on the grey market. The SEC investigation is ongoing and unless the company is honest enough to tell you it has received a Well's Notice from the SEC (and I wouldn't count on that), investors will likely remain in the dark for a long time.

In the meantime, grey market trading in EIGH will be discovered to be a very illiquid mess.
