hitimer- You're right. If your assumption is correct, then your post would certainly make sense. However, I just really believe that's not the case. The ONLY two things that make sense at this point are:

1. This guy is yet another rent-a-name to stall
2. They put the guy on the BOD to help find VC money

If it's number 1, that needs no explanation
If it's number 2, then my assumption that NV really has nothing is correct. With Brad's "connections" and extensive rolodex, he shouldn't need someone to FIND VC money. With a few phone calls, it would find him.
