Exactly, 10X the lethal dose is administered, and before treatment begins, through duplication the viral load increases by several times more than that. The 93% reduction is in contrast to the control mice. So, the remaining load is still significantly greater than 1 LD50 (the viral load as a lethal dose necessary to kill 50% of the test subjects).
