Pinks don't need to file with the SEC...
This could be in our advantage if they file late, but would be disappointing as well if we have to wait even longer for news or filings...
Shouldn't we have gotten a statement at market open that QTMM would be filing their 10K after market close?

I hope we close that gap and stay above the 50 DMA. A crossover of the 20 DMA would be very bullish...
