its my understanding that QTMM is trading as a pink presently due to the 15c-211 status/snafu,and not on the OTCBB, so they technically don't have to file on edgar, maybe an update to otcmarkets.com ,i know p19 had mentioned a e-mail hinting at looking at a better exchange like nasdaq/bb ,or amex...
at the present time i'm not expecting anything regarding filings ...imho-i hope i'm wrong and we do get the goods! :)
