I find it interesting that in this correspondence they specifically state that they want an "exploration drilling project" on Big Chunk and Bonanza hills claims. (both of those are LBSR property's and no part of Bonanza Hills was part of the 13% sale). I see that as a clear cut sign that they have asked permission to drill on LBSR's claims.

Lena,

I’ve checked with all the State permitting agencies, and they have confirmed that your proposed Big Chunk & Bonanza Hills exploration drilling project (described in your 8.4.10 CPQ) requires no permits, provided you comply with the DNR/DMLW Generally-Allowed Use guidelines under 11 AAC 96.020 for drilling less than 300 feet deep with a helicopter-supported drill.

You have confirmed that your contractors will backfill all holes and conduct appropriate reclamation measures, as well as complying with the requirements of NWP 6, if it applies because of work in wetlands.

Please see attached letter.

Thank you,

Tom
