Rather than make me the issue, why don't you try to refute my claims that the company lied to investors over and over again?

Let's start with the the following problems

1. The 40 million dollar "retained profits" windfall which never existed.

2. The dividend which was never paid.

3. The Southbridge "acquisition" carried on company books for a year only to be followed with the admission that the acquisition had not gone through

4. The claims that Southbridge had a lease to buy the Southbridge Hotel and Conference Center when this is patently false.

5. The Monk's Den "acquisition" that Williams claimed had not gone through

6. The claims that Monk's Den was currently doing five million per year in sales when the company was only two weeks old.

That's enough for right now. Let's see how you explain these six items and then we can move on to more EIGH lies.
