A lawsuit?
And people think that a teva lawsuit will be resolved in 1-2-3 months? That would be poor strategic thinking on the part of the 9 mm shares that are short, jmho

it will take much longer for any lawsuit to be resolved, so i dont see the puts and short shares gaining much traction in the next 3 months.
