Thanks for your reasoned reply. I have a fair amount of experience in PR. Merle should have a plan and convince Scott of the wisdom of executing it. By stating that we only announce completed business, he is taking the path of least resistance (that is why I deemed him lazy.) Not seeing evidence of any PR plan, I deemed him uncreative. In the long run (2-3 years) it may not matter, but how many of us were so negative up to the time of the S.T. PR? While some of us were stalwartly optimistic about the company (I was, but was also critical of Merle) we were also frustrated at having to defend SRSR on this board without any communication from the company.
