Bancorp International Group Inc (fka BCIT)

Just spoke with broker and GFS is not offering to buy those shares but to bust/cancel the trade.

They are converting to a new system and saw where they had not transfered the certs for BCIT and know they cannot possibly provide the certs now so rather than keeping the transaction on their books and having to transfer it to new system, they want to know if I will bust the trade and just get my $$ back.

Since my total position is 235k shares and the only ones without certs was 50k and who knows where all of this will go, I'm going to bust that particular trade. I will still hold 185k shares.

Hopefully something solid will come out of the remaining shares held.....

I am still curious as to whether anyone else was contacted?
