If you agree to the terms, just a suggestion, press the issue a bit for answers 3babiesbusy, the least they can do for your very genorous acceptance.

Good Morning everyone! I apologize but I am not able to post to the board very much as I am still very much in the thick of TBB (ThreeBabiesBusy) and work....lol. Please read my post posted to the top of the HUB message board as to my position and decision to the "bust" offer. It does not seem that others on the board have been contacted regarding their shares so all I can do at this point is speculate. I did receive a few PM's Saturday, however I am not able to respond to PM...I should probably upgrade my service.

I need to reitterate that I was not offered a "buy-back" strictly a bust or to retain the shares at $0. My position is still live in my account but value applied is $0, not .15. For 9 months or so, after trading was ceased the account valued the shares at .15, but since there was no trading it's was reduced to $0. Could there be a correlation w/the price of shares listed to when Megas was still filing financials even after the halt and when he stopped...possibly. I use a fullservice broker....Morgan Keegan.
